1. Potato Puree
Light mashed potatoes served plain or mixed with; roasted garlic, blue cheese, or black truffles

New potatoes roasted in a little duck fat with garlic and fresh herbs
3. Dauphinois Potatoes
Classic French gratin of thinly sliced potatoes, leeks, parmesan, and cream
4. Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes roasted and mashed with molasses, bourbon, and vanilla
5. Pomme Frites
Traditional French fries, either regular or sweet potato.
6. Cauliflower Puree
Mashed cauliflower with olive oil, curry, and peppers.
7. Roasted Vegetable Couscous
Toasted couscous mixed with seasonal fire roasted vegetables
8. Seasonal Risotto
Risotto preparations will change with the seasons and whims of the chef.
9. Low-Country Grits
Stone ground organic grits cooked with stock, cream, and mixed with andouille sausage and cheddar cheese.
Served plain or with either shrimp or lump crabmeat.
10. Creamy Polenta
With sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, and parmesan-reggiano.
11. Chef’s Famous Homemade Mac and Cheese
Boursin, Mascarpone, and a blend of smoked and sharp cheeses, mixed in a creamy sauce over pasta and topped with bread-crumbs.
Garnished with either lump crabmeat, lobster, or truffles.
12. Pasta Primavera Salad
Penne pasta mixed with tear drop tomatoes, black olives, smoked mozzarella, and marinated artichoke Drizzled with Italian dressing
13. Orzo with Smoked Salmon
Orzo pasta tossed with smoked salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, scallions, and dill
14. Barbequed Lentils
French lentils braised with bacon, onions, and peppers, with a chipotle BBQ sauce.
15. “Cassoulet”
A take on the traditional French dish. Creamy white beans cooked with pancetta, sausage, onions, and garlic. Topped with breadcrumbs
16. Black Bean Sautee
A sauté of black beans with scallions, garlic, chiles, and ginger.
17. Bread Pudding
Classic southern bread custard filled with either dried fruits and cognac or wild mushrooms and leeks.
18. Coconut Jasmine Rice
Jasmine rice cooked in coconut mile with a little vanilla
18. Pasta Puttanesca
Your choice of pasta tossed in a puttanesca sauce with; tomatoes, olives, capers, garlic, anchovies, and a little truffle oil.
19. Pasta Alfredo
Your choice of pasta in a classic alfredo sauce.
