Soup Menu

1. Traditional French Onion Soup
Classic preparation garnished with  garlic croutons and gruyere cheese.

2. Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup
Seasonal wild mushrooms, garlic, chicken stock, Madeira, and finished with cream.

3. Classic Maryland Crab Soup
The chef’s signature recipe for this traditional Maryland favorite.

4. Cream of She-Crab Soup
Crab stock, with sherry, cream, and garnished with grilled Stone Crab Claws
 
5. Superb Pistou
Our take on this Mediterranean classic, with lamb meatballs and orzo pasta in a light broth garnished with traditional pistou.
 
6. Bouillabaisse
An assortment of fresh shellfish in a tomato and saffron broth served with goat cheese croutons and rouille.

Asparagus, chicken stock, finished with cream and garnished with parmesan-reggiano and white truffle oil.
