Luncheons- a La Carte Sandwiches


*A minimum of 10 total sandwiches required
(In three varieties)

The Basics
All sandwiches are served on fresh bread & rolls with lettuce and tomato, and are accompanied by mustard and mayonnaise.


1. Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast
Marinated with Brazilian liqueur and fresh herbs, with artichokes, spinach
and a citrus dressing.

2. Peppered Ahi Tuna
Grilled fresh tuna, with cherry tomatoes, spring greens, pickled onions, and
a house made wasabi mayonnaise.

3. Pulled BBQ Pork
Slow roasted pulled BBQ pork on fresh baked rolls.

4. The Superb Cold Cut
The finest deli meats including prosciutto de parma, soppreseta, and genoa salami on fresh baked ciabatta bread with light Italian dressing.

5. The Superb Muffaletta
A selection of deli meats topped with green and black olive tapenade with a
Sherry vinaigrette.

6. House Smoked Beef Brisket
Thinly sliced smoked beef brisket topped with the Chef’s signature BBQ sauce and slaw.

7. The French Dip
Thinly sliced roasted top round beef, natural jus, sautéed onions and melted
gruyere cheese.

8. Chicken Mole
Marinated chicken topped with a traditional Mexican mole sauce.

9. Italian “BLT”
Crisp pancetta, sliced tomatoes, and seasonal greens on toasted ciabatta bread.

10. Caprese Sandwich
Marinated mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and balsamic vinaigrette.

11. Steak Hache
Traditional French “hamburgers” topped braised red onion and horseradish aioli.

13. Shaved Smoked Turkey with Dijon

14. House Made Roast Beef

15. Albacore Tuna Salad with Celery and Onions

16. Roasted Chicken Salad with Dijon Dressing

With spinach, balsamic dressing, in a whole wheat pita.
