Seafood Menu
1. Maryland Crab Cakes
A blend of Jumbo Lump and flavorful Backfin crabmeat mixed with the chef’s special
spice blend and pan seared.
2. Lobster & Corn Cakes
Chunks of Maine lobster mixed with fire roasted corn, chipotle pepper, and pan seared.
3. Superb Surf and Turf
Grilled beef tenderloin paired with either a Maryland Crab Cake, a Lobster and Corn Cake, or a pan roasted Maine Lobster Tail.
4. Seafood Paella
Traditional Spanish rice and seafood dish with an assortment of fish and shellfish flavored with saffron and chorizo sausage.
5. Grilled Shrimp and Diver Scallop Skewers
Cilantro and garlic marinated shrimp and scallops grilled and topped with the Chef’s signature BBQ sauce.
6. Pan Seared Diver Scallops
Fresh diver scallops coated with sea salt, cracked pepper with a grapefruit butter sauce.
7. Pan Roasted Wild Salmon
Fresh wild caught salmon ran roasted and served with a garlic fondue.
8. Olive Oil Poached Atlantic Halibut
Topped with olive tapanade and preserved lemons
9. Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh Ahi tuna grilled medium rare and topped with spicy soy essence.
10. Pan Fried Catfish
Marinated in buttermilk, fried to a golden brown with a pablano and tomatillo aioli.
11. Slow Roasted Red Snapper
With a spicy sausage, tomato, and clam stew, and kafir lime vinaigrette
12. Steamed Mussels
Onions, garlic, Riesling, hot peppers, saffron, with a Curry Coconut Broth
13. Steamed Whole Maine Lobsters
Served with toasted brioche, and drawn butter
14. Butter Poached or Pan Roasted Lobster Tail
Accompanied by a roasted fennel, vanilla, and truffle emulsion
